The hits keep coming and so do the guest stars on the first season of the SHOWTIME series ROADIES, which airs Sundays at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Among those appearing in future episodes are Emmy® and Golden Globe®-nominated comedian David Spade as Harris DeSoto, star of the fictional drama Dead Sex, a must-see favorite of the roadies. Golden Globe nominee Rosanna Arquette (RAY DONOVAN) signs on as a smug and intimidating iconic rock photographer who battles with Shelli (Carla Gugino) over her unusual concepts. This Sunday, comedian Marc Maron (Maron, WTF podcast), playing himself, finds that comedy and rock aren’t always in perfect harmony, and legendary rocker John Mellencamp will also guest star as himself, giving some much-needed wisdom to Wes (Colson Baker a.k.a. Machine Gun Kelly) and Winston (Ethan Michael Mora). ROADIES is created, written and executive produced by Oscar winner Cameron Crowe. The season finale will air on Sunday, August 28th.

ROADIES gives an insider’s look at the reckless, romantic, funny and often poignant lives of a committed group of roadies who live for music and the de facto family they’ve formed along the way. The series chronicles the rock world through the eyes of music’s unsung heroes and pays homage to the backstage workers who put the show on the road while touring the United States for the successful arena-level group, The Staton-House Band. Luke Wilson (Old School, Enlightened) and Screen Actors Guild® Award nominee Carla Gugino (San Andreas), Imogen Poots (The Look of Love), Rafe Spall (One Day), Academy Award® nominee Keisha Castle-Hughes (Whale Rider), Peter Cambor (NCIS: Los Angeles), Colson Baker a.k.a. Machine Gun Kelly (Beyond the Lights) and Ron White (Blue Collar Comedy Tour) star in the ensemble cast. Luis Guzman (Boogie Nights), Jacqueline Byers (The Strain), Finesse Mitchell (Saturday Night Live), Branscombe Richmond (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Tanc Sade (Matador, Gilmore Girls) guest star. Emmy® and Tony® nominee Winnie Holzman (My So-Called LifeWicked) serves as writer and executive producer, along with Emmy winners J.J. Abrams (Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, Lost), Bryan Burk (LostFringePerson of Interest) and Len Goldstein (Hart of Dixie). Kathy Lingg (Person of Interest, Fringe) is co-executive producer. ROADIES is produced by Bad Robot Productions, Vinyl Films and Dooley & Company Productions, in association with Warner Bros. Television.
