FOX WINS THE FALL AMONG YOUNG ADULTS AND TEENS
Network Ranks No. 1 During Final Week of 2010 Fall Broadcast Season, Ends Fourth Quarter at No. 2 Among Adults 18-49
GLEE Achieves Biggest Year-Over-Year Gain in Total Viewers
Closing the Fall with a win in the core adult demo last week, FOX has finished the fourth quarter of 2010 in second place overall among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 among Adults 18-34 and Teens. Led by GLEE – which gained more viewers year over year (+40%) than any other returning show this season – as well as newcomer RAISING HOPE and Top 20 staples HOUSE, FAMILY GUY and THE SIMPSONS, FOX is entering the television midseason in its strongest competitive position (excluding last Fall) since 2001.
Once again proving its dominance among younger viewers, FOX has achieved a +13% advantage among Adults 18-34 (vs. NBC) and a +31% advantage among Teens (vs. CBS) so far this season. In fact, FOX is currently No. 1 among Adults 18-34 for the ninth season in a row and No. 1 among Teens for the eleventh consecutive season.
